Join the NCLM Government Affairs team on April 17th for a preview of the upcoming legislative Short Session, including the property tax issue currently under discussion. During the webinar, we will talk about the state of North Carolina’s politics, the prospect for this year’s state budget, and key issues impacting North Carolina’s cities and towns.

• Paths forward for the property tax debate, with updates from the April 15 meeting of the House Select Committee on Property Tax Reduction and Reform.

• Pending solution for “Downzoning” Issue in Senate Bill 587.
